Refund policy
Delivery and Pick-up: At delivery and Pick-up we ensure the product is in its best state. If the product is mishandled during delivery by the customer or us, we will do our best to repair the item prior to the event. However, once the event begins, we will not have adequate time to repair. The ready hand-made item cannot be returned nor refunded.

Delivery Delays: Balloons may not arrive on time for the event due to unforeseen delivery delays: traffic, car issues or other logistical issues. We do our best to plan 3 hours in advance delivery to allow for unplanned delays and set-up time. We will inform you as soon as possible prior to delivery and ensure we have a back-up plan. Please understand our team is doing their best to ensure you are a returning customer.
Balloon Popping: Some balloons may pop during transport or setup and require replacements. We address all the issues prior to your event and ensure the repairs are done. If, however the event has begun, we will not repair nor replace the item to minimize disruption to your event.
Weather Conditions: Outdoor events are vulnerable to weather conditions like wind, rain, or extreme heat, which can affect the balloons' durability and presentation. We recommend indoor event planning, when possible, to ensure color and quality of the balloons is retained.
Inadequate Setup Space: The event venue may provide inadequate space for balloon installations, limiting your creative options and potentially affecting the overall aesthetic. For large events, we recommend to book a free estimate on site so that we can ensure the decor is appropriate for the space. For centerpiece orders only, we just need the height of the room.
Client Changes: Last-minute changes in the event plan, theme, or color scheme may require quick adjustments to the balloon arrangements. We require 2 weeks prior to your event to finalize the orders and provide a deposit or full payment. We recommend you call us as soon as possible to discuss what changes can be made.
Allergies: Attendees with latex allergies may be present at the event, necessitating non-latex balloon alternatives and careful management. Currently we do not offer non-latex balloons.
Venue Restrictions: Some event venues may have specific rules and restrictions on the use of balloons, such as ceiling height limitations or balloon releases or allowed time for set-up. Please notify us as soon as possible in advance to ensure no disruptions on the delivery day. Please ensure primary contact for the venue is on site at the delivery time.
Color Discrepancies: Balloon colors may not perfectly match the client's expectations or the event's theme due to variations in dye lots. Please keep in mind your sample photos are created with different lighting and photo enhancers and may not match perfectly. We do our best to match the colors based on your photo samples. Returning customers are the best customers!
Balloon Lifespan: Balloon lifespans may vary, and some balloons may deflate earlier than expected, impacting the visual appeal of the decorations. We use high quality balloons to minimize the deflation and ensure we repair/replace deflated balloons prior to the event. Our sculptures usually last far over a week.
Refunds: In the extreme situations, like event cancellation due to death, we will provide a store credit toward your next event. Please ensure you notify us as soon as possible to minimize the impact to all parties involved.
