1. Notification: If you receive your balloon product and discover any damage, please contact us immediately. You can reach our customer service team at (917) 838-2707. We kindly request that you report the issue immediately.

2. Photo Documentation: To assist us in assessing the damage and improving our quality control, we request clear photographs of the damaged product. Please provide these images when reporting the issue.

3. Resolution Options:

Repair or Replacement: We will do our utmost to resolve the issue promptly. Depending on the extent of the damage, we may offer to repair the product or send a replacement at no additional cost to you.

Please note: We do not do repairs once the event has begun. We will not repair items due to gross negligence.

4. Communication: We believe in open and transparent communication. Our customer service team will keep you informed throughout the resolution process, ensuring a satisfactory outcome.
